πTeam History & Evolution
Decades of Formula 1 excellence and innovation
The team was established in 2006 as Toro Rosso after Red Bull purchased the Minardi team, which had competed in F1 since 1985. It served as Red Bull's junior team for developing young drivers. Key successes include Sebastian Vettel's win at Monza in 2008, the team's first victory.
