Understanding the Data

Sector Colours: Green = personal best, Purple = session best, Yellow = slower than personal best. Breakdown by circuit sectors shows strengths and weaknesses.
Gap Analysis: "+" shows time behind leader, "Interval" shows gap to next car. Downward slopes indicate pace improvement, upward shifts signal tyre wear.
Tyre Strategy: Monitor compound choices (Soft, Medium, Hard) and tyre age. Degradation trends predict pit windows and strategic advantages.
Chart Patterns: Flat lines indicate consistent race pace, sudden drops mean fresh rubber, and gradual rises reveal fuel or tyre effects.

Race Weekend Sessions

Practice Sessions: Teams fine-tune setups, test tyre compounds, and simulate race conditions. Look for stability across long runs and qualifying simulations.
Qualifying: Drivers fight for grid positions across knockout stages (Q1, Q2, Q3). Peak lap times highlight pure speed under minimal fuel load.
Race Day: Championship points are earned. Track pit strategies, tyre changes, and season-defining moments live. Fuel loads and traffic create diverse lap trends.
Track Evolution: Grip increases session by session as rubber is laid down, improving times and changing the competitive order.
